As the name of this software implies, PC Video Converter Studio allows you to encode video files between several formats, including AVI, MPG, MOV, 3GP and WMV.
The interface of the application may appear a little cluttered at first glance, but PC Video Converter Studio is actually quite simple to work with. Video clips can be imported into the list via the file browser only, because the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed.
In the queue you can check out the source path and duration of each file. So, after you specify the output destination and format, you can proceed with the conversion job.
In addition, you can configure audio and video settings when it comes to the bit rate, frame rate, codec, sampling rate, channels, quality preset and others.
But you can also resize videos, enable PC Video Converter Studio to use overlay, preview clips in a built-in media player during conversion, take snapshots, create a slideshow from images, view file properties, set the tool to automatically turn off the computer once all jobs are done, and others.
The video encoding software uses a very high amount of system resources, quickly finishes a task and manages to keep a good image and sound quality in the output videos. We haven't come across any issues during our tests. There's also a well-drawn help file with snapshots available. We strongly recommend PC Video Converter Studio to all users.
