Instagiffer 1.24 description

Instagiffer is a reliable application designed to help you create quality GIF animations in a matter of seconds.
All you have to do is load the video file or enter the YouTube URL link of the clip you want to convert, enter the GIF duration time, adjust parameters such as smoothness, frame size and quality, click Create GIF and Instagiffer will do the rest.

What's New in This Release:
· Added blinking text feature. Settings are off, slow, medium and fast.
· When selecting what frames during text captioning, the frame preview will update as you move the start and end sliders around
· Added option to show mouse cursor during screen capture
· Added a “Delete Frames" dialog which allows you to delete frame ranges.
· When doing a screen capture, there is now a 3 second count-down before recording begins to give you some time to prepare
· Fixed some glitchy bugs introduced in v 1.23
