NON-DWM Option added:
· Windows XP users can use ViPad the way it was intended
· Glass skins possible, check resources folder thus, (Safe-Mode removed)
Removed splash updater:
· faster loading times
· ViUpdater now takes responsability of keeping apps up to date
Icon files are properly removed:
· when deleting items from ViPad, png icon files are removed 'on the fly' when they are not required.
