Lock down Windows and create a virtual embedded environment. Inteset's Secure Lockdown is perfect for kiosk setups, trade show terminals, libraries, schools, Internet cafes, gaming centers, media centers and other applications.
Inteset Secure Lockdown is a software designed to remove the Start button and the Windows taskbar. You can also use it to remove unwanted keyboard strokes and allow your main application to run exclusively.
With Secure Lockdown you can run your main application and make sure it stays running. Media center applications (ie: Windows Media Center, Boxee), Adobe Flash-based menus, or browsers set in "kiosk" mode are common main applications used with Secure Lockdown.

What's New in This Release:
· Bug Fix: Fixed Master Process Startup Delay bug where if "Keep Running" option was enabled, startup delay was ignored.
· Enhancement: Can now run multiple versions of Secure Lockdown on the same computer. Note: cannot run multiple versions or more than one instance under the same account.
· Enhancement: Improved Master Application "Test" feature
· Bug Fix: the "Keep Maximized" feature no longer needs to be enabled in order for the master application to be restored if "Keep Running" is enabled and the application is minimized.
· New Feature: Per request of some users, provided the ability to allow access to the TaskManager and its accompanying applications. Can be started via the Background Apps feature. Add the registry DWORD key value "EnableTaskManager = 1" to the "HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareIntesetSecureLockdown_v2" registry key to enable Control Panel access. (custom)
