Mozilla Password Recovery is an intuitive program whose purpose is to retrieve lost or forgotten passwords to Mozilla products, as the name implies. It offers support for Firefox, Thunderbird and SeaMonkey, among others apps.
The interface of the application is based on a wizard-like layout, where you can follow a few simple steps to carry out a task in no time.
You can get started by selecting the recovery mode, as Mozilla Password Recovery provides several modules, such as “Automatic Firefox”, “Manual Mozilla” and “Miscellaneous”. If you're not satisfied with the default language, then you can get another one from the Internet, as well as enable logging mode.
The decryption attack method is based on AI, dictionary, brute force, mask, base-word, combined dictionary or passphrase mode, so you can select either one from the list.
It is possible to select an action to take when a password has been found, such as sending an email message, playing a custom sound file (WAV format), running a program, or taking a screenshot. You can also establish the attack priority.
