algTime Portable is an application designed to monitor your work time.
Now you can use this accessible and handy software to keep track of all your activities and know exactly how much time you've spent doing a specific task.

· The only thing you need to add new time entry is the task title. Just activate algTime Portable with a hotkey, enter the caption of the task and press Enter. What can be easier?

Moreover, you can forget about the burden of task tracking and focus on your work. algTime will take screenshots of your desktop while you are working. Later on, you can review them all, and add new time entries with ease, just by selecting the appropriate screenshots. No need to enter task start / stop date or duration - they're all calculated automatically.

· Navigable Reports

· algTime Portable has the very set of reports you'll need: daily, weekly and monthly. Not only they provide the necessary statistics, but you can also navigate trough them, both horizontally (i.e. today, yesterday, previous Monday etc) and vertically (i.e. today, this week, previous month etc). All the navigation is provided within the single screen!
One-click Export & Email:
· All the reports can be exported to most common Office formats: Word, Excel, HTML, and XML. Furthermore, you can create mail templates and send reports via email.

What's New in This Release:
· Using improved Smart Suggest screen you can always go back, see what tasks you've accomplished on previous days, and fill your timesheet correspondingly.
· Be aware of the idle time
· Now Smart Suggest is smart enough to recognize when you are away from computer, and logs it accordingly.
· Set delay between screenshots
· Configure Smart Suggest to set your preferred delay between screenshots (from 5 mins to 1 hour).
· Choose which level of detail do you need when working with your timesheets. Use the Zoom feature(Ctrl + Mouse scroll while browsing timesheet) to smoothly change the desired granularity from 5 mins to 1 hour.
· Choose the way you want time to be displayed
· Until version 1.2, algTime've always displayed time as decimal values in reports (i.e. "1.75 hours"). Now it can optionally display hours and minutes instead (i.e. "1 h 45 mins").
