With this Import / Export Plugin, Silva Elm's Sense Professional Ediitor may be used as an OPML Editor with a freestyle editing environment.
Documents may be multilingual with a control to change the input keyboard language on-the-fly.
Editing is carried out using the highly synchronized outline and edit panes of the Sense Editor.
Extensive document management features include the ability to move outlines up, down and within levels quickly and efficiently.
HTML content including paragraphs, bullets, headings, images and links may be included into an outline without special configuration or markup concerns.
The plugin supports the Import of existing OPML files with a Full File option converting all OPML head and body content into Sense and an Outlines Only option where the body outlines only are made available for direct editing.
For either Import option, the OPML head contents are stored as separately editable document properties for use during Export.
OPML Export is not confined to Sense documents originating from OPML Import: it is quite possible to Export any new or previously saved Sense document providing the minimal document structural requirements are observed.
Sense Documents originating from Silva Elm's Tab/Space Text Plugin will often be immediately available as a subscription list or inclusion Export.
A pre- Export Configuration allows head content finalization with options to apply changes to both informational content and RFC 822 datestamping.
The OPML Export file encoding may be changed between unicode and ISO-8859 options to accomodate multilingual documents.
