WeBuilder is a feature-rich software application which supplies you with a programming environment for HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and ASP.
Upon deployment, you can use a simple Configuration wizard to pick the file extension between HTM, XML, PHP, PL, CSS, ASP, JS, VBS and WML.
But you may choose the file types or add new ones, pick the workspace layout and interface style, specify the path to the PHP executable file, as well as integrate PHP scripts into the local web server.
The interface of the application is user-friendly; you can easily start projects while working with the Code Explorer (e.g. images, hyperlinks, style sheets, classes, form elements) and File Explorer.
In the main working environment you can edit code, preview the design, or split these two panes horizontally or vertically. Plus, you can open files from the web or via FTP, upload projects via FTP, set bookmarks, insert script files, as well as add PHP, CSS or JavaScript elements from the menu bar, instead of writing code parts.

WeBuilder has a good response time, is backed by user documentation, and supports keyboard shortcuts. We have not encountered any problems throughout our evaluation; the program did not hang, crash or display error notifications.
