As the name of this program suggests, Leapic Video Cutter allows you to trim videos. But you can also convert them to other file types, such as AVI, FLV, MOV and MKV.
The interface of the application is clean and intuitive. You can import a video by using only the file browser, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is not allowed.
So, you can preview the clip and trim it by marking the start and end position (by moving two sliders or by writing the time values), as well as specify the output destination, filename and format, in order to proceed with the conversion task.
Furthermore, you can go to the start and end of the clip, change the size of the videos, as well as change the audio and video settings when it comes to the quality, bit rate, frame rate, cropping, flipping and rotation, channels, and others.
The video processing tool quickly finishes a task while using a moderate amount of system resources and manages to keep a good image and sound quality in the output videos. We haven't come across any issues during our tests. There's also a brief step-by-step guide with snapshots that you can check out. We strongly recommend Leapic Video Cutter to all users.
Limitations:
· Watermak on the output file
· Nag screen
