System maintenance, such an important thing that only a few people are doing… Nowadays, a solution to clean and optimize the computer is a must have, but with such a crowded software market, which one should we pick?
Registry Mechanic is one of the applications that claim to do wonders when installed on a Windows machine because it has a lot of features, all of them supposed to tune up computers.
Probably the most important function is the registry cleaner which scans for errors and fixes them in no time. During our test, the whole scanning process took around 1 minute, while the fixing is even faster.
However, please keep in mind that the trial version doesn’t repair all problems, so you’ll have to buy a license to unlock its full powers.
Registry Mechanic also comes with disc cleaning features, tune up services for optimizing and managing Windows, registry defragmenter and even a file shredder to delete files once forever.
The application also includes a detailed settings menu that helps customize the way the scanning process work, but also allows you to schedule scans for the times you’re away from the computer.
And because we’re talking about scans, Registry Mechanic is pretty fast and doesn’t really slow down the computer even when conducting the scans we were talking about.
All things considered, Registry Mechanic is indeed a great mechanic and you should definitely give it a try to see what it’s up to. One thing is for sure though: after a deep investigation, our testing machine goes a lot faster than before. And it’s all thanks to this software.
Limitations:
· The trial is time unlimited and removes problems found in the first 6 sections of the registry only. A registered version is required to remove all detected problems.
