QuExeCute is a handy and reliable utility designed to launch files, directories and web pages quickly and effectively.
The main window of QuExeCute consists of an input line in which you can basically enter three types of texts. If you, for example type in a Web-adress into this line, your standard browser will open it. If you enter a file path, the Windows-Explorer or the according application will be started.
And if you enter a command-line term, it will be executed in the Windows command-line. All from this window. Nothing very outstanding, right? The potential of QuExeCute lays in it’s easy extensibility.
You can create your own commands and shortcuts. So, if you for example want to search for something in Google, you just enter “g” and the search term (e.g. “g quicklaunch”). But you can’t only open websites with your shortcuts. You can also start applications or execute command-line terms.
Shortcuts for Google, Facebook, YouTube and Bing are already integrated into QuExeCute. You can extend them through the QuExeCute-Settings or you can visit our growing Shortcut Gallery and search for what you need.
