Giraffe+ 0.6.10.978 description
Giraffe+ is a small, simple, easy-to-use application that provides a way to access files with a few key strokes. You can register any files as a shortcut, and also the Start Menu items can be used as registered items.
Giraffe+ provides many scripts by default and allows you to configure with the settings dialog. For example, the google-mode allows you to search with Google by typing Win+G, words you want to search for and Enter.
If you want to use the keyboard more or your desktop is cluttered with many shortcuts, try it.
