Better Thumbnail Browser is a handy .NET component that will display thumbnails of images, graphic files etc.
The component will enable you to view thumbnails in any folder on your system and can resize the images without affecting their quality. You can use it to create groups of thumbnails and it comes with full image loading controlling options.
