QPM 05_03_0008 description

QPM, which is actually short for QAC based Project Manager is designed as a project manager for Harbour, xHarbour and MiniGui.
It comes with Incremental compilation for all MiniGui versions, including Oficial MiniGui 3.x and MinGw C Compiler. Also, it allows you to create Console applications and libraries (LIB and A) for Borland (MiniGUI 1.x) and for MinGW (MiniGUI 2.x)

What's New in This Release:
· Some errors in the Simple Help Generator function.
· The lack of error information when using Harbour 3.1 build with Borland C.
· Adds the possibility of packing/unpacking the US_*.EXE utilities.
