With DesktopGate, you can enable live monitoring. This application enables managers to view screens and activities of employee computers in real-time, even if they have over a thousand employees.
DesktopGate offers you the possibility to generate reports of past actions, revealing the exact activity of a certain employee.
DesktopGate gives you valuable data on user activity which you can later use for calculating employee performance. It reveals you how much time is spent on which applications and provides you important information which you can use in generating reports of employee productivity.
DesktopGate records all visited web sites, messenger chats, application history, removable media events and many other actions at employee computers. It records Messenger chats, Visited URL's, USB, CD-Rom and removable devices and many other system events. If enabled, DesktopGate displays warning messages to managers on requested events.
It is a secure and easy remote desktop solution to office PC's from outside the office. If given permission, It is a helper tool for IT departments which enables remote access to office pc's and make configuration changes or install programs with ease.
