Vieas Portable is a handy and reliable image viewer that also comes with basic editing features to help you enhance your pictures.
It can be used for cropping, resizing and rotating pictures, adjusting the brightness and the contrast, the color balance, applying filters and replacing colors. Additionally, it can generate the image histogram and count colors.
The application is portable, thus it does not require installation and it won't affect your registry in any way.
