Portable JPEGView is a lightweight, standalone application that enables you to open, view and modify pictures in JPEG, BMP, PNG, TIFF and GIF format.
You can use the tool to correct color, contrast and exposure problems. The application is easy o use and allows you to apply lossless image transformations such as rotate and flip.
NOTE: If you are using Portable JPEGView on a touch-screen: You may increase the size of the buttons on the navigation panel by increasing the value of 'ScaleFactorNavPanel' in the INI file.

Limitations:
· Saving GIFs will only save the currently displayed frame.
· Some image processings (e.g. free rotation, perspective correction) will stop the animation and work on a single frame only
· No caching of the decoded frames. This has pros and cons. Pro is that memory consumption is limited. Con is that the CPU
· load while playing can be rather high. However on a dual core CPU it's not a problem.
