This is the portable version of Duplicate & Same Files Searcher - a program designed to help you locate and delete file duplicates, in order to clear some space on the hard drive. It can be handled by both first-time and skilled users.
Since installation is not required, you can store Duplicate & Same Files Searcher on a USB flash drive or similar external device, save it to any computer and directly run its executable file. What's more important is the fact that the Windows Registry is not updated with new entries, and no leftover files can be found on the hard drive after program removal.
The interface of the application is user-friendly. So, you can immediately start a search by establishing the target drive.
Experienced users are free to tinker with several configuration settings.
