The Portable Nightowl application was developed to be an accessible IRC Client.

What's New in This Release:
· Added a sent message history, which can be recalled with the up and down arrows in the input field.
· Added shift+enter to repeat the last sent message.
· Added to show when a user is voiced (+).
· Added to show when a user is half opped (%).
· Added to show when a user is admin opped (&).
· Added to show when a user is owner opped (~).
· Added shift-f8 to give or revoke voice.
· Added a error trap for catching irc error 477, if a user must register their nick first before being allowed to join a channel.
· Added NVDA support.
· Added a prototype of a brand new connection manager with customisable options such as nick, ident, connection mode, etc.
· Added a better way to determine whether WindowEyes is running or not.
· Fixed a bug when the transcript mode is enabled (Pitermach).
· Fixed a bug in the speech class, for Window Eyes users, NightOwl should react a lot faster.
