Remote Process Monitoring:
· With Alchemy Network Monitor Pro you can monitor processes (running programs) on local and remote Windows PC's and get notified if a process stops on the target computer or if it starts eating computer memory. In this case the program can alert you about this event and/or stop/restart this process (or start another program that will fix the problem) on the remote computer.
Remote Process Control:
· This function is able to start, stop and restart processes (running programs) on local and remote computers. You can use it either with the conduction with the Remote Process Monitoring (see above), or separately to start/stop/restart programs on the remote Windows PC's as the result of another server monitoring.
Limitations:
· It does not allow opening the .KHW files
· It requires restarting every 24 hours
· It cannot be run as a service
· The server import function is limited
What's New in This Release:
· Improved: The program now encrypts the contents of the server list .KHW file
· Fixed: If there was a monitor in a certain folder, and the user selected the ALL MONITORS folder and moved that monitor to the ALL MONITORS folder, the program showed two copies of that monitor on the screen
