NetPeeker is a network monitor and control tool for personal Internet user. It reveals all applications accessing network and their connections, shows speed in real time, helping you find more hidden information about your network.
NetPeeker's built-in personal firewall protects you from hackers' attacks from outside. The application helps you find those "Spyware" or "Trojan" and block them. NetPeeker also enables you to kill any connection you don't want without entirely closing the application. You can trace back to the source to find who is the guy and report abuse.
NetPeeker offers you the possibility to setup speed throttle to limit network bandwidth usage for every application and every connection, and also can guarantee bandwidth for critical applications. Build-in "System Guard" to monitor registry change and application executions and prevent malware from running.

New features:
· Network traffic quota. Allocate monthly or daily quota based on rule, chose block or limit speed after quota used up. This is a feature under "Throttle" engine, requires "throttle" engine to be enabled. You can also check current quota status inside throttle setting page.
· Generic rule editor now support "remote country" criteria, so firewall and speed limit rule can be created based on remote country.
· "Who is" and "session information" dialog add option to get remote geolocation.
· A new utility to migrate exist agents to new console
