Phoner 2.75 Beta / 2.74 description

Phoner is a SoftPhone application that enables you to make phone calls using just an ISDN and sound card.
The connection to analogue (POTS) and digital receivers (ISDN) is built up by using CAPI. This driver interface comes with your ISDN equipment.
Phoner establishes for outgoing calls a (chargeable) connection over your normal phone line. You will be charged the same as if you were using your normal phone device.

What's New in This Release:
· Fix: text-to-speech for different sampling rates
· Fix: name as third paramter for external applications
· Fix: wrong local IP address in some NAT scenarios
· New: no support for Windows2000 anymore
