yEncBin Poster is a Windows tool to upload binary files to Usenet newsgroups. It is specifically designed for people who are new to Usenet posting and need a simple tool to start with. Of course it's also handy for experienced uploaders who don't need all the functions and extra settings that for example yEnc PowerPost has.
After you have entered your newsserver details, it's just a matter of selecting the files to upload, entering the subject of your post and the newsgroup(s) to post your files to. The subject will be created according to the yEnc specification. The first comment has to be entered by the user, the second comment and size are excluded from the subject, because they are only optional.
What's New in This Release:
· Fixed 'index out of bounds' error when hiding the last separators from the toolbars
· Vertical splitter between the Rar/Par and upload panes would jump back to the default position when moving the horizontal splitter
· Added better error checking. If an error occurs the exact position will be written to the log
· Made a few screens a bit wider. Some text wasn't fully visible when for example the French language was used
· Empty messages sent by the newsserver are ignored
· Changed newsgroup listviews to listboxes, because yEncBin Poster would crash on some Vista systems when selecting a newsgroup
· Added option to save and reload Rar & Par2 settings
· When using the RarPar feature and adding a file or folder, a small file/folder icon will be shown in front of it
· Added the names of the translators to the 'About' dialog
