dxirc is a simple IRC client for various operating systems written using the FOX toolkit.
You can perform any dxirc customization (ignoring, colors, ...) without editing any file by hand. However, you may want to understand the configuration principles, because some customizations can easily be done by editing the configurations files.
Be careful to quit dxirc before hand editing any configuration file, otherwise changes could not be taken into account.

What's New in This Release:
· Added support for IPV6.
· Introduced various look improvements (see screenshots).
· Added support for notifications (libnotify).
· Added possibility to enforce running only one instance.
· Added new key binding, Ctrl+F, to change the focus to the command line of the current tab.
· The system tray icon is now enabled by default.
· The “Friends” and “Ignore Users” lists now use a network name.
