Web Stream Recorder is a program that was created to enable you to record all types of online streams, such as music, videos, radio broadcasts in order to watch them on your own computer.
The app has a simple interface that is easy to figure out by all users.
The program works in the background and every time you access a website that contains streaming media it starts recording. All the videos are listed in the app's interface and can be played or deleted.
Unlike other similar tools, Web Stream Recorder works with all types of media, including that played through online websites and Internet radio stations played by the default media player on the computer.
On the interface you may view various details regarding the media that is currently recording, such as the stream URL and info, the progress and any additional information, such as the file size.
You may also set up a recording schedule. In order to create any entries, you must provide the stream URL, an output name and select a stream format. Furthermore, you have to choose a starting date and time. If you want, a recurrence pattern can be set up.
The program includes access to some settings regarding the way it functions. For isntance, you can have the program automatically start recording videos and songs, enable system tray notifications and sound alerts.
