The Efficient Notes Free is an easy-to-use application built to easily manage multiple notes or memos.
With Efficient Notes, you only need to manage your memos, notes and desktop sticky notes in one interface and one file.
With its unique and powerful flash full-text search technique, simply enter a word in a note and you can locate this note quickly!
The product has a strong edit function similar to that of Microsoft Word. You can insert various items such as tables, pictures, emotions, lists, URLs or even attachments in notes (or memos) and you can set the background color and background picture of each note separately.
NOTE: Various functions such as Data sharing, Organizing your information by hierarchical grouping, Organizing your information by category, Adding attachments to notes, Sticky notes support, Card view support, Read-only mode support, Inserting tables in notes, Inserting URLs in notes, Inserting separators in notes are available in Efficient Notes.

What's New in This Release:
· Changed data file format to Firebird.
· Added Network Edition.
· Attachments are now saved directly in the same data file where other data records are saved. (In previous versions, attachments were saved in a separate folder.)
· You can set categories for notes, and can search for records by category.
· Added a "Category" column in the information list view.
· When a new desktop note is added, now the software will position it automatically to avoid overlapping between notes wherever possible.
· A "Privacy" option was added which allows you to set the number of recent files and to clear text records you have entered.
· When the software runs at Windows startup automatically, the user can choose to allow the software to remember the file password, if this has not been done yet, to avoid entering password each time.
· Other improvements are made and bugs are fixed.
