Creating a slideshow of your personal photos is an easy task if you have the right tools at your disposal. gPhotoShow Pro is a nice program that was designed to help you create such files that can even be set as screen saver.
The app has a simple interface that is very easy to navigate, thanks to the clean layout.
As mentioned, the program uses various pictures from the computer to create these slideshows. These must be placed in the same directory since the app doesn’t let you pick the pictures, but only the directory and the sub-folders in it.
The transition speed and the time delay between slides can be adjusted from the interface. Some display details can be adjusted as well. For instance, it’s possible to enlarge small images to screen size or to reduce the big ones, depending on the picture. A background color can be selected as well.
Information regarding the images can be extracted from the files and displayed over them, such as the camera name, exposure data, the date it was taken and any user comments saved within the item’s properties.
Also, you may choose to include panoramic images, videos and animations, as well as websites and 360 degrees panoramas.
The program provides a wide range of transition effects. You can select however many you want by simply ticking the checkboxes. Sounds and music can be added to the slideshow to make the entire experience more pleasant.
All in all, gPhotoShow Pro is a great tool that is sure to be of great help. Less experienced users should find the program easy to handle, thanks to the intuitive interface and its overall simplicity.
