ExifTool is a platform-independent command-line application for reading, writing and editing meta information that is contained in the image, audio and video files.
ExifTool supports many different types of metadata including EXIF, GPS, IPTC, XMP, JFIF, GeoTIFF, ICC Profile, Photoshop IRB, FlashPix, AFCP and ID3.
It is also compatible with the maker notes of many digital cameras by Canon, Casio, FujiFilm, HP, JVC / Victor, Kodak, Leaf, Minolta / Konica-Minolta, Nikon, Olympus / Epson, Panasonic / Leica, Pentax / Asahi, Ricoh, Sanyo, Sigma / Foveon and Sony.

· Added read support for Phase One IIQ maker notes
· Added a couple of new Minolta Teleconverter values
· Patched problem which could result in runtime warning when extracting information from a file with an incorrectly formatted PreviewImage pointer
· Improved handling of unknown maker notes when writing to reduce the chance of corruption (fixes problem of corrupted SilverFast maker notes)
· Fixed bug in HtmlDump where unused bytes at end of MakerNotes were not shown if they came at the end of a TIFF-format file
