gSyncit for Microsoft Outlook is a small and easy-to-use software that will rapidly sync Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar.
After installing gSyncit and starting Outlook you'll find a new toolbar available to configure gSyncit and synchronize your calendar.
You can manually synchronize your calendar or have it automatically sync on a preset interval.
gSyncit works by updating your Microsoft Outlook calendar with your Google entries and then updating your Google calendar with your Microsoft Outlook entries.
Limitations:
· Users can sync only one calendar, contact, note and task.
· Nag screen
What's New in This Release:
· NEW: Revises the sync logic for Toodledo and Pocket Informant tasks to address the case where if the task only contains a start date Outlook automatically assigns a required due date. To deal with this case gSyncit will assign the due date to the year 4500 for the Outlook tasks so that the tasks basically have an open-ended due date. When these Outlook tasks sync to Pocket Informant/Toodledo they will continue to correctly sync as not having a due date. This change resolves the case of unexpected reminders occurring for tasks that do not have due dates.
