Keeping track of all the tasks you must complete is something most employees struggle with. ToDoList is a light app that helps you manage the day-to-day activity.
The program has a clean interface that’s easy to figure out and to work with. Additionally, the software comes with a brief tutorial that lets you know all the main functions.
You can create any number of tasks and personalize them to better tell them apart. A priority level can be set for each task by assigning a number from zero to ten. Furthermore, you can estimate the amount of time it takes to complete the task, fill in the due date, and even assign a color code. Alternatively, if the job is allocated to someone else, that information can be filled in as well.
Additional information about each task can be jotted down in the comments section. The data can be written in plain or rich text. Choosing the latter allows you to pick the font name, size, alignment and color, insert tables and make bullet-point lists.
As the due date gets closer, you can estimate the progress through a percentage. All the tasks can be filtered by various criteria, such as due date, starting day and working status.
App settings enable you to change the language, launch the program at system startup, assign a global hotkey and other keyboard shortcuts, as well as to customize the way the interface looks.
All in all, ToDoList is a nice tool that can become one of the most used apps on your computer. Inexperienced users might need a little time to figure out all the program’s features, since there are plenty of customization options and details that can be adjusted regarding each task.
