ROBO Print Job Manager is an application that provides all the tools you need to evaluate the costs of your jobs and create all the paperwork for your printing businesses. Everything is fully customizable - costs, settings, tax and paperwork templates. Extremely easy to use Windows interface.
The program also enables you to calculate all the costing calculations required in a printing job and include them in your documents.
Up to 12 customized documents can be created and six sample documents are included - a job sheet, tax invoice & 4 quote letters. The program handles estimates (with up to three different specified run quantities) and job sheets. These documents can be printed out or cut and pasted to other applications.
ROBO Print Job Manager can help your company by reducing the amount of time taken in estimating, quoting and preparing customised documents i.e. Invoices, Job Sheets, & Quotes.
