Automate XL is a collection of useful Excel add-ins that adds new functionalities and features to MS Excel. These features are very useful to make tedious or advance tasks easy. With the help of this Excel utility you can perform those tasks which are not possible to perform before. It empowers the Excel with more functions.
Its feature that it automatically attaches with MS Excel sheet as its ribbon is very popular and useful. After a quick and easy installation process this utility automatically adds in MS Excel COM add-ins and displays as an Excel ribbon with named as “Automate XL”. Every time when Excel will start, this will load automatically as Excel sheet ribbon.
It has “space remover” add-in which is responsible to remove extra, leading and trailing space from selected cells. It includes “Data cleaner” add-in which is responsible to remove all tedious data from selected cells like all type of unwanted characters. It can remove Numeric/Non-numeric, Alphabetic/Non-alphabetic, Alphanumeric/Non-alphanumeric, lower case/upper case or other all types of characters. It can remove Empty rows, columns or sheets. It includes “Duplicate remover” add-in which helps to remove duplicate rows and columns.
It includes “Word count” add in to count words, characters (With or without space), lines or paragraphs from selected cells or from a sheet. It also provides “Change Case” add-in. This feature helps us to change case of selected cells into upper case, lower case, sentence or proper case. These two add-ins come in existence due to MS word as MS word has these two features but MS Excel does not.
It is an Excel ASAP utility. It has many advance and unique features. The advance tasks like Transpose of column data into tabular format, Attaching of Excel sheets or workbooks directly with outlook and Merging of two or more workbooks together, can be achieved very quickly and efficiently with this Excel add-in.
