Qoobar 1.3.4  is described as a highly flexible, feature-rich tagger which is built for editing tags in files of classical music.

Major Features:

  1. Edit ID3v2.4, Xiph.org, APE, ASF, MP4 tags
  2. Edit tags in MP3 (*.mp3), Ogg/Vorbis (*.ogg), Ogg/FLAC (*.oga), FLAC (*.flac), Musepack (*.mpc), Speex (*.spx), TrueAudio (*.tta), WavPack (*.wv), Wma/Asf (*.wma), APE (*.ape) and MP4 (*.m4a, *.mp4) files.
  3. Batch tagging - edit any tags in group of files, giving the same value or individual values.
  4. Easy copy&paste any tags between groups of files.
  5. Edit the following tags: Composer, Album, Title, Performer, Artist, Conductor, Orchestra, Subtitle, Key, Comment, Genre, Year, Track number, Total tracks.
  6. Edit all other tags written in your music files.
  7. Add your own tags and save them.
  8. Generate tags from filenames and filepaths.
  9. Import tags from Discogs, Musicbraiz and freedb.
  10. Rename / copy / move files by their tags, creating folders if necessary.
  11. Automatically convert tags with Windows 1251, KOI8-R, CP866 encodings into UTF8.

Enhancements:
  • When adding a picture its description is now not a full file path, but only a file name.
  • Added a context menu to tabs.
  • New shortcuts: Ctrl+T - new tab, Ctrl+F4 - close the tab
  • You can now add new tabs by double clicking on the tab bar.
  • You can now rename tabs.
  • The size and position of the main window are now restoring.
  • Fixed bug: when splitting disc overwritten files won't add.
  • All "named" tags (album artist, mood etc.) have now their placeholder.
  • Fixed severe bug: clicking on the OK button right after opening the fill tags dialog causes program crash.
  • You can now set the maximum file length in the rename dialog.
  • You can now drag'n'drop a cue file so that the split disc dialog is shown.
